Experimenting in pewter.

Once in a while you just have to make, instead of think. These brooches are part of a new developing series, where I cast pewter in carved eraser moulds. My perfectionism has been a big struggle for really long, I have completely worn myself out because of it. I see this series as a very personal journey, in which I try to confront my perfectionism. Be happy with beautiful accidents, even it means less than perfect and imperfections. And I call it a series, but I want it to be a journey, without pressure. Just being able to enjoy making things.
